Fine Art Prints
Original works by Michael James Ryan are available in limited edition prints using the long-lasting Glicee process on fine art paper by Hahnemühle. You can choose either a smooth Photo Rag for a classical fine art gallery feel or German Etching paper for added texture. All prints are carefully examined by the artist to ensure quality and consistency. They are available in both A3 and A2 sizes.
Tintypes are also available. Tintypes are a vintage process producing a smooth, glossy finish on a sheet of tin that produces robust and beautifully buttery smooth tones. The results vary from print to print, so it is unpredictable, and each tintype is different as the process creates variations, so you will always own a unique piece of art.

This beautifully handcrafted book is printed on heavy uncoated paper for an illustrious vintage feel. A cloth-bound cover, with a silver embossed title and a mounted and printed plate, adorns the cover, completing the prestigious volume.

Crimson & Meadow Scarab
The Emperor, the Empress (pictured here), and their 3 offspring make up this fascinating family. I designed these characters, having created the five masks on a trip to Venice. On return to my studio, I imagined personalities and scenarios for each of them.
